Its vision is to reduce stress, panic, depression, illness, private, professional and family issues by exercising simple, easy, reliable, old-fashioned and true yoga centered on traditional lessons including asana, pranayama and meditation and stress management, detoxification methods. 

Everyone is invited by AYM to experiment, know, and understand the easy, integral natural practices and environment which aim at achieving joy, harmony and health besides realizing the inner potential interacting with one another to gain unity.

AYM aims at offering human excellence at social, skilled, personal and religious levels through revolution and informed expansiveness combines with various genuine and established wisdom of yoga i.e. Raja Yoga, Karma Yoga, emotional culture of Bhakti yoga, tantric culture of hatha yoga.
