Vedangas also offer 200, 300 & 500 hour residential yoga teacher training programs and yoga instructor courses (YTT, YTTC, TTC), intensive yoga courses for beginners and yoga-ayurveda-meditation retreats in Rishikesh (a spiritual town nestled in the lap of Himalayas, also known as yoga capital of the world).
