Sedentary life style is a big problem now especially in our country with increasing prevalence of obesity. I will advise you to stay away from junk foods and fatty food as much as possible. You can have oats for breakfast, it is a great booster for metabolism and helps you in weight management. Instead if white rice change to brown rice or chapatis ( 3 no.s ) for lunch. Have low calorie but high filling foods such as chicken soups, grilled chicken, e.t.c
Avoid snacking in between, if feeling hungry have nuts. It keeps you full.
Repeat the same menu for dinner, have more of vegetables and pulses.
But please try to incorporate walking in your lifestyle at least. 30-45 minutes of brisk walking per day is a great exercise.
