One of the worst hospital where there is no care and compassion for the patient . They can deny a confirmed appointment and are unapproachable in the case of any emergency . Especially if you are an older patient they will ignore you completely as they are busy in bringing new clients to make money .

Hi, As per my visit today at AIIMS, Patna i got to see below things which all patients should consider before visiting there. I had visited to Gynae department and was asked to get ultrasound within the premises. - Most of the Hospital Staffs are freshers or interns (Very Less knowledgeable) - So called Doctors practice very pathetic behaviour with patients, very rude - Attitude of doctors are very pathetic with patients attendants - Be ready to stay whole day in hospital for single check up or test - You'll not get most of the medicines/devices inside AIIMS-Patna medical store which doctors ask you to get to complete test. You'll have to walk outside the hospital to get those. - If more than one test is written for a department, (e.g- Radiology) the staffs damn care to see your report but asks patients what they came there for. Most of the time those technicians (radiologist) miss other tests and end up doing only one. - Be ready to practice petience being multiple hours in queue and doctors/technicians will be mostly busy inside hospital rooms teaching to juniors and research keeping long waiting people for hours. I had a very pathetic feeling about my visit to AIIMS, Patna. I really feel government should have strict watch on these Hospitals. Thanks
