Dear Patient: Hello, during 7 months temporary teeth errupt, which will shed down and will be replaced by permanent teeth, teeth are made up of calcium,so for there proper formation child shouldn't be deficient of calcium,so make sure that he is drinking 100 ml of milk ,and prevent thumb sucking habbit if he has ,but during permanent teeth erruption make sure that he is drinking 200ml of milk every day ,and one egg,and gets exposed to sun for one hour in a day (for natural source of vitamin D).AS CALCIUM WILL BE ABSORBED FROM THE BODY ONLY IN PRESENCE OF VITAMIN D IN THE BODY.
Make sure that he doesnt keep his thumb in his mouth(fingering habit which is generally seen in children).because it would lead to formation of forward arching and mal positioning teeth.
inspite of all these measures if they are errupting in wrong directions brushing twice daily in opposite direction of erruption would help.
If inspite of all these preventions if they are not errupting properly then you have to consult a dentist for it.take care.
