Dear Patient: As your doctor suggested it seems to be a case of gastritis. Sometimes raw milk consumption can be harmful as it may carry bacteria with it albeit pasteurised. Commonly brucella, mycobacteria are present in milk. Try to have normal fibre rich diet with daily activity and take prescribed medications. If it does not subside even after two weeks, consult a gastroenterologist .

Other than gastritis do you think there can be any other reasons for these symptoms ? Major problem is the nausea feeling in morning after eating anything in breakfast ... and a feeling of stomach fullness and at night mild to severe pain in the stomach while sleeping. Please suggest.

Like I said in my previous response, it can be due to brucella, and mycobacteria seen commonly in raw milk, infecting the gut, and causing brucellosis or intestinal tuberculosis. Some times it could be due to excessive antibiotic intake resulting in the death of all beneficial bacteria of the gut. Try including probiotics in your diet likethe curds and fermented food.
