Dear Patient: Hello ,abdominal fat is the most resistent fat of our body,so it is generally hard to get rid of it.
excess abdominal fat is at times part of few metabolic or hormonal abnormalities,but if rest of your body is completely fit and if you donot suffer with any other health disturbances then i dont think it is any disease.
so,i suggest you to be on a complete protein diet and do halasan of yoga for 20 mins every day.
complete protein diet is not available in any natural foods ,so i advice you to take artificial protein powder till you loss your abdominal fat,if it doesnt work and if endo crinologist says that you are completely alright then you can go ahead for a liposection once and later on it will be easy to maintain it with exercises.
