Binge Eating Disorder (BED) is a serious condition of uncontrolled eating that results in weight gain associated with several health disorders. Usually, the over eating habits coped up with depression, stress or anxiety. The exact reasons for binge eating disorder are unknown, but it can be the combination of psychological, biological and environmental factors. This disorder may include risk for health problems as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, breathing shortness, menstrual problems, certain cancers, sleeping disorders, gall bladder diseases and more.

Consult a doctor if you have signs of compulsive overeating. You may need help of psychiatrist or nutritionist or therapists or eating disorder obesity specialists depending on the condition of your disorder.
