Exertional Headache is one of the uncommon headache syndromes. Exertion headaches are also called activity-related headaches that share symptoms of migraine triggered by physical activity and cough headaches. Some of the factors that may trigger exertion headache are: weight lifting, swimming, running, scuba diving, sexual activity, poor nutrition, heat, alcohol intake, caffeine, low blood sugar, exercise at high altitude and high humidity.
Some of the symptoms of Benign Headache:
- Loss of consciousness
- Vomiting
- Double vision
- Neck rigidity
- Usually affects on both sides of the head

Consult a doctor if you experience headache during or after exercise. The doctor may examine the condition and suggest the treatment and medication.
