Anxiety attack is also known as panic attacks. Anxiety is a natural response of the body to danger, threat, pressure and stressful situations. Anxiety attacks are episodes of extreme panic or fear, usually attacks suddenly without warning. Anxiety attacks last for around 10 minutes and rarely last for more than half an hour. Terror is experienced severe by the person; they may totally lose control and fear of death.
Some of the symptoms of anxiety attacks:
- Losing control and going crazy
- Hot flashes or chills
- Nausea and stomach cramps
- Choking sensation
- Heart palpitation or chest pain
- Detached feeling and depressed
