Allergy Rhinitis is an inflammation of mucous membranes in upper respiratory or nasal airways. When a foreign particle or an allergen such as dust, mold, pollen or animal dander are inhaled the immune system triggers allergic reaction. It may be unique with each individual and the symptoms are usually noticed in people between ages 10 and 20, and may diminish in later ages.
Some of the symptoms of Allergy Rhinitis:
- Profuse nasal discharge
- Nasal congestion and itching
- Sore throat
- Fatigue and irritability
- Headache
