Dear Patient: Yes. It is safe to drink the so called energy drinks like Red Bull. Provided you do not drink excessive amount of the same. But this Red Bull seems to be much costly than what it gives to you. You can go for slice or fruity or appy, instead of the above brand. As a dietitian, I will not recommend such high carbohydrate drinks. They are bad for your health. They may promote development of diabetes in long term.
