Dr. V.R. Pattabiraman is a reputed Pulmonologist in Coimbatore. 

He completed his MBBS from Tirunelveli Medical College and then obtained his MD (TB & Respiratory Diseases) from Chennai Medical College in 1998 and Diploma in National Board in Respiratory Medicine from Madras Medical College. 

He has over 20 years of experience and was awarded 3 gold medals in MD for academic excellence in pulmonology.

He has published several papers in National & International journals and is also a member of Indian Chest Society, American College of Chest Physicians - Indian chapter, Indian Medical association and Indian society of critical care medicine. 

He works as a consultant in Pulmonology, critical care and sleep medicine in KMCH, Coimbatore. He works with full fledge Pulmonary function & sleep lab. His areas of interest are Therapeutic Bronchoscopies, sleep disorders, Chronic Bronchial Asthma, Sleep medicine, critical care respiratory medicine.
