 Limb salvage surgery is possible in  more than 95% of our patients which involves tumor resection with functional limb preservation following the oncological principles. We do all complex reconstruction using both biological and non biological modalities like tumor mega prosthesis (including expandable prosthesis in paediatric patients), total bone replacements (femur, humerus), intercalary spacers, bone grafts (allo / auto grafts), live bone transfers, ECRT ( extra corporeal radiotherapy) and reimplantation of sterilised bone, rotationplasty, arthrodesis, etc.
