I have over 40 years of experience in  practice of trauma and Orthopaedic . After working in  central Institute of Orthopaedic, Safdarjang hospital ,the busiest centre in north india, worked years in national health services of England and passed prestigious exam of FRCS from Royal college of Surgeon Edinburgh, In England I learned British way of treating Trauma and Orthopaedic disease including key hole (Arthroscopy) surgery , Total joint replacement , spinal surgery,
Param Hospital was first to acquire C arm in Uttrakhand and start Minimal Invasive surgery of closed intramedullary nailing first time in State , Again it was the first hospital to install Modular theatre  to  provide  ultrafiltered clean air in OT and thus minimising infection in surgery
