Dr Vignan has a Bachelors in Medicine, Bachelors in Surgery(MBBS), Diploma in Maternal and Child Health, Diploma in Sports Science, Certifications in sports nutrition, science, and coaching. He is currently pursuing Family Medicine part time from CMC Vellore.

Dr Vignan loves to compete and race in sports like Triathlon, Swimming, Running, and Obstacle course Racing. He has won many Triathlons, swims and runs. He placed 4th at Devil’s Circuit, won Hyderabad and Thonnur Triathlon 4 times. He has also won several races like the HYSEA 10 km where he got 2nd. 

Dr Vignan has also helped, trained, coached, and mentored over 2000 athletes to achieve their fitness goals. He runs a clinic where he helps people with Sports Related Injuries. He commonly deals with athletes who suffer shoulder, back, knee, and ankle injuries. 

He coached athletes for 2 years through Tri a New Life which has since evolved into Yoska. He then coached triathletes, swimmers, and runners independently for the past 4 years. He has coached many athletes to achieve their PBs, win races, and qualify for world championships. One of his athletes also broke a world record.
