He is a member of Indian association of Surgical Oncology and is affiliated with many professional associations such as Association of Minimal Access Surgeons of India, Association of surgeons of India, etc. He is well versed in his field and has made and demonstrated several poster and video presentations at reputed conferences. He has a diverse set of scientific publications to his credit. He has been granted Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery (FMAS) and bestowed with many accolades during his career. He is experienced in all kinds of cancer surgeries and has performed many successful surgeries.

His areas of special interest include colorectal surgery, breast oncology, gi oncology and uro oncology.
