He has conducted two Live Surgical Workshops on Cochlear Implant-the latest state of the art Surgical Technique for relief of total deafness
He has organized South Zone & All India ENT Conferences in Bangalore, which have been very well attended & very much appreciated

He was awarded Gold Medal and various prizes during his undergraduate & postgraduate days
Rotary Bangalore South honoured him with Gold medal for his work on Endoscopic Sinus Surgery in 1993
