Dr. Sanjay Makwana is the Chief Medical Director and A.R.T (Assisted Reproductive Technology) Department Head at Vasundhara Fertility Hospital and Research Centre (VFHRC). He being a nationally reputed A.R.T Specialist and Endoscopic Surgeon founded VFHRC back in 1996 with a vision to open a complete mother and child hospital.
Dr. Sanjay Makwana did his MBBS and MS from SN Medical College, Jodhpur and had advanced training in IVF & ICSI (Genk, Belgium), Pelvic Surgery (Germany), Hysteroscopy Surgery Training with Dr. Bittochi University Bari (Italy). He has opened the door to many infertile couples who had successful results.
From IUI, IVF, ICSI, IMSI, TESA, PESA, Assisted Hatching, Blastocyst Transfer, Third Party Reproduction to Time Lapse Technology Embryoscope, Dr. Makwana is personally involved everywhere. He trained many consultants across the country. Dr. Makwana is the source of inspiration for many young doctors who wish to join the A.R.T Field.
He has published more than 40 pappers nationwide and has been resource person and faculty to many conferences.
Dr. Makwana has performed 6000 surgeries and 4000 IVF cycles, which makes him a pioneer in his field.
Trained about 70 Gynaecologist on various aspect of Infertility Management at FOGSI recognized Centre for training on Infertility
