  • Dr. Dhiman is the recipient of International Awards and honours including ‘Young Clinician Award’ from World Congress of Gastroenterology at Los Angles in 1994, from Japanese Society of Gastroenterology at Yokohama in 1996, and from Asian Pacific Congress of Gastroenterology at Hong Kong in 2000. 
  • Dr Dhiman received several National Awards including prestigious Dr. B.C. Roy Award from Honourable President of India in 2006
  • Shakuntala Amir Chand Prize from ICMR in 1998
  • Amrut Modi Unichem Award in 2004
  • Hoechst Om Prakash Memorial Award from Indian Society of Gastroenterology in 1997
  • Olympus Mitra Endoscopy Award" by Indian Society of Gastroenterology in 2003.
  •  Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) awards, Dr. D.V. Datta Memorial Oration Award in 1996.
  • Dr. Dhiman is the author of more than 150 publications, including original papers, reviews, book chapters and a monograph
