I am DIRECTOR and Head of Department of Nephrology at NIMS University, Jaipur. I am running a successful HEMODIALYSIS  programme (Maintenance as well as critical care) , CAPD & Automated PD programme, Renal Transplant programme and providing OPD & IPD services including critical back-up to the Cardio-thoracic Vascular Surgery, Cardiology, Orthopedics, General Surgery & Critical Care teams. Have supervised several thousand dialysis sessions till now. Area of interest includes retardation of progression of CKD, critical care nephrology including parental nutrition, and various modes of dialysis both in the critical care and maintenance dialysis setting and RENAL TRANSPLANT.
