  • I invite the attention of all people to a news report that I noticed in a newspaper in malayalam(kerala kaumudi  flash).The report says that Alzheimer's diseases will not affect the persons  those who are doing daily physical excercises.The news paper says that the basic cause of 13% of the total population of Alzheimer's diseas patients   is lack of excersises.Though there is no proper medicines available for  this case, could be effectively controlled by daily excersises.
