Dear Patient: These infections are not related to each other. But get your blood sugar done. Fasting and post meal. Fasting may be done before dinner, if not possible, do it in the morning. If blood sugar is within normal limit, forget the infections. But you had an attack of appendictis. So it is high time that you get your appendix removed. Consult the surgeon and request him to do planned appendicectomy.

Thanks doctor for your guidence. But I didnt get any problem of appendix from last two months. So is it right to remove it without any reason??
Doctor
Once you got an attack of appendicitis, it is always advisable to remove it, say one month onwards. Appedicitis can be resolved by drug treatment. But then it can recur again and again. You can remove it in next attack also. But that is called as 'emergency' appendectomy. It carries much higher risk than 'planned' appendectomy. Planned appendectomy carries very minimum risk. It becomes difficult for a surgeon to remove appendix, if you had repeated attacks of appendicitis. If appendix bursts in the abdomen, 80% of patients die inspite of best treatment.
